Hey Damian,
Well!! On the challenge front things have been awesome. It has transformed my life, I have got everything plus more, then I expected, from your program. Today is the end of my 12th week and this is the only week I didn’t lose any weight, but to date I have lost 31 Kgs. I did have a cheat meal last week and my usual training routine was interrupted. My weekly weight loss has still been pretty high, I lost 3kgs in week 11 and I am confident that next week I will lose another 2-3kgs.
I have 6 recipes that I have stuck with throughout the challenge and just rotated them through each week and make varies changes to them to change flavours etc.
My training hasn’t been anything out of the ordinary, I do 3 weight training days a week and walk every other day for about an hour. I am only now just beginning to run in these final four weeks of the challenge, I run for a minute then walk for a minute, I do that for 30mins. I will continue to do that until I am able to run continuously for 30mins.
Hope all is well at your end, I haven’t congratulated you on getting married yet, well done mate. As you now know marriage is an awesome thing, you are truly blessed. Just let me know what else you need or would like done and I will get it done for you as soon as I am able.

www.slimyou.comI had a great comment about my weight-loss today: had a meeting at the office, and as I am usually off-site there were quite a few people I haven’t seen for a couple of months. After the meeting I was talking to some colleagues and then this girl came up to me and said ‘ oh my gawd it is you, I didn’t talk to you before because I didn’t know if it was really you or not!’
So that was a good indicator of my recent changes. You’ll be pleased to know that I have told many people about the 112 day challenge, including several patients.

Thank you so much for getting back to me.
A couple of years ago my son was diagnosed with leukaemia and as a result of the frequent hospital stays and terrible food options available I ballooned from 9 – 12 stone. Nearer the end of his treatment (which he is now in remission) I came across Damian’s TV programme ‘Downsize Me’ and his advice was so refreshing.
He said things that really made sense and felt achievable. His whole belief of healthy eating as apposed to dieting (which I hate) really struck a chord with me. I downloaded his Recipe book at the beginning of last year and have now lost 2 stone. I feel like a different person and all thanks to discovering Damian.
However, I still have about 1/2 – 1 stone to loose (around my waist) it seems to not want to disappear from there!! so I searched on the internet tonight to see if he had released anything else and what a relief I found the 21 day challenge. We’re all going away in April to Florida to celebrate my son finishing treatment and I really want to loose the remaining weight around my stomach.

Great to see everyone is doing so well. I am doing the challenge this month for the second time, I did the first challenge b4 xmas. I had great success in the first challenge, although in the 3rd week, I only lost 0.8kg because I was at my parents house for that week of the holidays and despite best intentions, and taking my own food, I was not in complete control of my own meals and found it difficult. So after I got back home, I did the last week again (which would have been week 5) and in total for my 3 weeks I lost 8-9 kilos. (I like to say 9, but my weight fluctuates daily.) (you can see by the total weight loss, why I knew that .8kg in one week wasn’t on par with the earlier 2 weeks.)
Now I am doing it for the 2nd time and I am on day 3 and I have hit the 60’s! Meaning I am no longer 70 point something kgs, I am below 70! woot! I love this diet, it is healthy, energising and it works. I am never going to be above 70kg’s again. I grew up skinny and believe it or not used to take weight gain protein powder, as a young adult to try and gain weight because of how skinny I was. Once I got ill, over time I gained and gained and then it got out of control. Once I reached a tipping point, nothing I did could get rid of the weight. My doctor diagnosed me with polycystic ovaries (among other things) and said that in that condition, my body likes to be overweight and tries to keep me that way. I have been trying to lose weight for the last 3 years, and when I tried this and actually had some results and the fat came of so fast i was so impressed. I have a ‘doo’ in 3 weeks and am hoping to wear a dress that I last wore on my 25th birthday. (I turn 35 soon).
I write this because I want to encourage people to really stick to the diet and and really believe in themselves. I am not a confident person and my weight and illnesses have made me even less confident, but I think I have had such success on this diet, that I want people who have been or are like me, to really understand that things can get better. Although as I write about how good I am doing it feels like bragging. And I totally understand that many people are fighting a weight gain much higher than my own.
I found that I lost quite a significant amount in the first few days and I put that towards the complete removal of salt. (I love salt)
This time around I haven’t done the gut prep stuff, because I haven’t been eating bad in the interim since the last time I did the diet and I don’t think I need too. (I hope thats right).

Start Weight before xmas 79.9kgs today’s weight 69.8kgs. And this is the most impressive part, 16cms of my stomach, (yes thats right 16cms!) and 6cms of each of my thighs.
Oh and I actually go to the beach and ‘run’ (only a little bit with walking in between, because I’m totally unfit, but I haven’t ‘run’ since I was about 18.
I would do a before and after photo, but quite frankly I’ve avoided the camera for 3 years. Although I could show my awful, awful passport photo!

Down to double figures!!
Hi Everyone,
YAY – finally got to double figures!!! And celebrated another birthday, thanks to what I’ve learnt on the 112dc my late 40’s are some of my best years yet from a health perspective. I tried on a jacket that I haven’t worn for years and it was a firm fit when I was 3 kilos lighter than I am now.
Now it is miles too big – I realised with everything I had been doing over last few weeks my shape had also changed – gave me a realisation of how effective the challenge is and reinforced that its not just about a number on a set of scales.
I am encouraging myself to finish strong with the remaining couple of weeks left on the challenge.

Hey Guys….this email is a bit over due however better late than never….
I need to thankyou both for having listened to me that day I met you at Ironic.(the day after your presentation in Dunedin) suggesting to you to introduce something that the average person could afford more easily….and you did that when you introduced the health club…..
You guys didn’t just stop there….you actually gave us each month more than we were paying….and although some of us didn’t hook into it all right from the start you still kept emailing and giving us the ability to come to hear you each time you were in town.. and it is out of that this testimony comes…..
( I have actually managed to loose 5k.s so far on this journey)
As one of our gifts one month we had a choice of talking to Cush or seeing a local naturopath…..I chose Cush and was very encouraged by talking to her…..but that was only the beginning….
Having planned a trip to Wellington for a function late September, I got a random email from Cush about her new clinic in Wellington so rang her up to get an appointment to meet her and talk to her while I was there…..this turned out to be life changing as she instantly knew what was wrong with my health and why I was feeling as I was…..she gave me some medication, which 3 months later, has me feeling a little better although still have a long way to go…..she has walked with me through this time and has encouraged me to have tests done which have shown more things which we are working together on albeit by phone & email…..it is still an improvement and very encouraging to know I will recover in time…..
SO….as a result of one of your gift offers it has given me the ability to discover that I actually did have something not right in my body and something that my doctor would most likely never have picked up as I had already been to him and decided that I just needed to keep pushing myself and tell myself there was nothing wrong with me…..
As I trust you can see….if it hadn’t been for the journey with you and Phyllis thus far I would never have got the help I so desperately needed to allow my body to recover……

Started the New Year right
I lost 6kg in 21 days and could have lost even more if I had added in exercise. I found I was eating more on the detox than I would usually. After two days all my cravings had disappeared and I found I wasn’t getting in a ‘frenzy’ around mealtimes. I no longer had issues with belching, wind, bloating, and acid reflux. I received so many comments from people saying how healthy my skin looked.
The detox was a great way to start the new year. After the first week I took magnesium oxide for a few days. I would highly recommend taking this as for me I felt like I had been given a fresh start and was “clean” inside and out
